We’re Leanne and Kyle Zurbyk, the husband-and-wife team behind Homebase Properties.
What started as an interest in real estate has grown into a family business focused on creating long-term financial freedom and building something meaningful for our daughters.
Our approach to investing is intentionally conservative. We focus on long-term residential properties, strong fundamentals and responsible growth rather than chasing short-term trends.
